#Friday Favorites: Self-Care Edition

I hope you love these products! Just so you know, this page contains affiliate links. I may collect a share of sales or other compensation if you purchase through any of these links, though know every opinion is my own and I actually do love them- ain’t no weird teas or gummies here!

Today’s Friday Favorites focuses on my latest favorite things! I think self-care is so important and encompasses so many things: mind, body, soul. Here are my favorite self-care things I’ve picked up lately:

IMG_9471I might be basic but…

  1. THE LEAVES CANDLE IS BACK! Is this basic-betchy of me? I cannot stop burning this candle despite the Texas heat still pullin’ a heated a 95 degrees. Use code FALLHOME for $10 off $30!

Next… these self-care work books are EVERYTHING!

2. Mind over Matter book: I found this at Target this week and I’m STOKED to try out this goal tracking book! It has sections for monthly aspirations, monthly achievements, reflections, goals, and action plans. I needed something to get me in check and I can’t wait to see how my self-growth progresses as the book fills out. This one is a more general monthly goal book, while the next book focuses on setting specific goals.

3. Dream Big book: I was torn between this book and the Mind over Matter book but wanted to get both to see what format I end up liking best. It’s another goal-tracking book and I need a little more accountability in my life so might as well have two books to track me! This one is similar to the Mind over Matter book but the Dream Big book is more focused on one goal and what you take away from that lesson once you’ve achieved it.

4. Daily Gratitude book: This is the DAILY GRATITUDE BOOK YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR! Space for words of affirmations, what you’re thankful for, what you want to remember, and your word of the day. I think starting your day by reminding yourself of the good in life is so so so good for you.

Do you have a Target Red card? I LOVE mine! 5% off every transaction, no strings attached. Click here to learn more!

Fall also means it’s time for COZY BLANKETS AND GOOD BOOKS! I picked up these this past week and I can’t wait to read them. Please send me all the good book recs in the comments if you have a MUST READ for this fall!

IMG_94851. Big Little Lies: I gotta admit, I’m definitely that girl that bandwagons on books when the show is good. Sue me.

2. Under the Tuscan Sun: Ok, so I maybe got a few books this week that made it to the screen. Curiosity killed the cat.

3. The Curious Case of the Dog in the Night: Wow, I just realized all three of the books I picked up this week have been adapted for *artistic purposes*… what can I say, I’m a patron of the arts.
